Our recycling is an optional service provided to our residential customers. It is your
choice whether or not you would like to participate in recycling. If you are interested in
taking part in our program please fill out the form below and click the submit button at the
bottom of the form. Once submitted you should be directed to a confirmation page
showing that your request has been submitted.

 By entering yes  you are requesting to be signed up for recycling services. You understand that this
program is voluntary and it is your choice whether or not you would like to participate in recycling.

 By entering yes you understand that the cost for recycling services is an additional $15.00 per quarter
added to your normal billing cycle.
By entering yes you understand that the recycling receptacle provided to you is and will remain the
property of Lone Star Disposal at all times. If you discontinue your recycling services for any reason
within one year of your initial recycling start date you are subject to a $15 receptacle cleaning charge.
